SPORTSBOOK BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions of the "Sports Welcome Bonus Package" of Winnerzon.com. This promotion is organized in accordance to the guidelines of the User Agreement.
Promotion Period: This is a continuing promotion, presently without an end date. We will provide a timely notice of when the promotion is going to come to an end.
This promotion is available for all players over 18 years of age making their first deposit in our sportsbook area.
Claiming your Bonus: Register as a new member of the Winnerzon community, log in to your account, go to the Deposit page, choose the Sports First Deposit Bonus option from the available Bonus offers, and complete your deposit. The Bonus will be automatically credited to your Bonus money balance once your deposit is completed.
Sports Welcome Bonus package:
1. 1st deposit Bonus: 125% up to 80 USD/EUR, 400 BRL or its equivalent in other currency
2. 2nd deposit Bonus: 150% up to 100 USD/EUR, 600 BRL or its equivalent in other currency
The minimum qualifying deposit amount is 5 USD/EUR, 20 BRL or equivalent exchange rate. For questions about equivalences, please contact our Customer Service team via live chat or email.
The sum of the deposit and Bonus amounts need to be wagered at least 5 times to unlock the withdrawal of winnings. For example: a deposit of €20 will award a bonus of €25, the player must make sports bets in the amount of €225 or more to convert the bonus money into withdrawable real money.
The Bonus is considered to have been wagered only after all qualifying bets of the specified amount and markets have been settled.
Qualifying bets: A bet must meet certain conditions to count towards the rollover:
1. Must include at least one selection at odds of 1.5 or higher
2. In either pre-match or In-Play, only the biggest cumulative stake on an individual selection within a market combination will count towards the settled bets prerequisite.
3. Bets considered VOID (voided, handicaps or double chance), canceled bets, bets made with free money, multiple combined bets (system bets), closed bets, refunded bets, virtual bets, fully Cashed Out, In-Play bets which are settled as a push bet and bets that cancel each other are not counted for rollover purposes. Likewise, opposite bets within the same event and in the same market, or bets within the same event but in different markets and which cancel each other out, are not counted towards the rollover.
The Bonus will be valid for a period of 30 days after being credited to the player’s bonus account. Rollover requirements must be met within this time frame before the bonus expires. After this period, both the remaining bonus amount and any winnings generated from it will be voided.
Once fully wagered, the remaining Bonus funds are transferred to the customer's main account, not exceeding the Bonus amount.
The Bonus will be granted only after a valid deposit has been credited to the customer's account. If the deposit is withdrawn before the Bonus has been credited, the right to claim the Bonus will be forfeited.
If a player chooses to withdraw the original deposit amount before completing the rollover requirements as aforementioned in this section, the Bonus (and any applicable related winnings) will be cancelled.
All bonuses and promotional offers, and any winnings generated through the rollover of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
This promotion is not cumulative with other promotions, all bonuses and their respective rollovers works separately. For example: the player will not be able to complete the rollover of two promotions at the same time with just one bet. To receive a new Bonus, you must first have completed or canceled any active ones.
Choosing the correct bonus: Players can choose from a list of available bonuses. After choosing one of the bonus options (i.e.: Sports, Bingo, or Casino) it is not possible to change it back. The Sports Bonus is for sports betting only and cannot be used for Casino, Bingo, Lottery, Live Casino or Virtual Sports games. The Casino Bonus is for casino betting only and cannot be used for sports betting, and so forth.
Winnerzon.com works with two separates wallets: Real money and Bonus money. Bonuses cannot be converted to real money while there are open bets with either bonus and/or real money funds at any given time. Both balances will be displayed in player’s My Account section.
Players will be able to use their Bonus money once the following conditions are met:
1. Player’s Real money balance is zero
2. All Sports bets are settled
3. All Real money game sessions are closed, and related bets have been settled.
That is, players can play first with the Real money funds and then with the Bonus money funds. If a player has an active bonus, any winnings produced by a qualifying bet with will be credited to the player’s Bonus balance.
Players who do not claim the Bonus at the time of their first deposit can do so at any time within 60 days of registering their account by contacting our Customer Support team.
The company has the right to cancel any bets, winnings, bonuses, jackpots, or other prizes, which are displayed or provided to the Player due to any technical, mechanical, or software bug or error. In any dispute, the data on the company’s server will be used as a basis.
The company reserves the right to void any winnings if it suspects of bonus abuse, multi-accounting, foul play and/or participation in strategies that the company, in its sole discretion, deems abusive, all in accordance with our User Agreement. All offers on Winnerzon.com are intended for recreational players, and it is possible to limit the eligibility of qualified customers for any promotion.
If any player’s account becomes self-excluded due to responsible gaming concerns before or during the promotion period, the player will be automatically excluded from any further participation in the promotion.
Every player participating in the promotion authorizes the publication of their Player ID for any marketing purpose related to the promotion.
The maximum Bonus to be converted to cash is 10 times the amount of deposit made to receive the bonus.
Deposits are not subject to any Bonus, so to withdraw the winnings from these deposits, you must Rollover the deposited value only once (Rollover of 1).
Winnerzon.com has the right to cancel or modify this promotion if needed without previous notice to players.
Each Player participating in this promotion approves that they have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. Likewise, by participating in this promotion, the player hereby agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the promotion, including the "User Agreement" and the "Bonus Policy".

NO DEPOSIT BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

During the free signup bonus stage, the gameplay may be limited to particular games. All remaining games are unlocked once the first deposit is successfully made.
The wagering requirements for the Spins bonus without deposit and the Registration bonus without deposit are ninety-nine (99) times the Bonus sum awarded to you. For Registration bonuses without deposit and Spins bonuses without deposit, note that no winnings at all may be withdrawn/transferred until you have transferred at least 5 EUR/USD, 10 CAD/AUD/NZD, 20 BRL, 50 PLN, 100 NOK/SEK, 200 MXN/ZAR or 1000 ARS/INR deposit into your Account. In addition, no winnings accrued in connection with such no deposit bonus may be withdrawn/transferred until the wagering requirements have been met.
The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a free registration bonus or free spins without deposit. e.g. the free spins upon registration (“Registration bonus without deposit”) and Surprise free spins bonus (“Spins bonus without deposit”) will be 30 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, 150 PLN/BRL, 300 NOK/SEK, 600 MXN/ZAR, or 3000 ARS/INR. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once such a bonus is successfully wagered.
For no deposit bonus withdrawals, we reserve the right to perform Checks in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the General Terms and our internal regulations.
Players requesting a withdrawal of money won with a no deposit bonus cannot do so via bank transfer.
Players with disposable email addresses are not eligible for any no deposit bonuses. If a player despite this would receive no deposit bonus, all winnings from such no deposit bonus will be confiscated.
In order to receive any Registration bonus without a deposit, you need to verify your account via email. On some occasions, an SMS verification will be required.

FREE SPINS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To activate your free spins you must access and open the game, then accept free spins inside the game. Failing to do so within 1 (one) day of them being credited, free spins will expire.
Once your Free spins have been activated you must complete all game rounds, otherwise, they will expire.

GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All offers to the players are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, Neteller, etc), IP, and shared computer, e.g. public library or workplace.

We reserve the right to stop offering bonuses to players who we deem have received an unproportionate level of bonuses based on their bonus release to deposit ratio and decline such player participation in any of our current/future promotional campaigns.
To claim the deposit welcome bonus or any deposit bonus, the player must make a minimum deposit of 5 EUR/USD, 10 CAD/AUD/NZD, 20 BRL, 50 PLN, 100 NOK/SEK, 200 MXN/ZAR or 1000 ARS/INR, unless otherwise specified.
All Welcome bonuses are restricted to the very first deposits to the Website only.

Players can request a withdrawal of their deposited amount prior to meeting the wagering requirements. However, the bonus amount and winnings will be forfeited as a result. Please note that when playing with a bonus, real money gets exhausted first.
Bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited upon the expiry of the bonus.
When betting, placed bets are deducted from the player’s deposited funds. However, if no deposited funds are available the bet placed in a bonus game will be deducted from the player’s bonus balance.
Until the playthrough requirements have been met, the maximum bet that can be placed is 10% of the value of the initial bonus balance, but not bigger than 3 EUR/USD/CAD/AUD/NZD, 15 PLN/BRL, 30 NOK/SEK, 60 ZAR, 300 INR, or 600 ARS. This includes double-up wagers after the game round has been completed, for example, wagering winnings from X game round on red/black, and also in-game bonus features that can be purchased.
Any bonus can be removed prior to any wagering conditions being met. Please contact Customer Services to learn more or use the CANCEL BONUS button (X) inside the bonus balance window.
The maximum winnings that will be paid out resulting from a bonus or free spins (or combination of bonus and free spins) for deposit will be equal to 10 (ten) deposits made to participate in a particular campaign. Any winnings exceeding the limit will be forfeited. This might be done automatically by the system once the bonus is successfully wagered.
If the deposited amount is higher than the required to claim a full bonus amount, the maximum winnings that will be paid will be the sum of ten required deposit amounts and an amount that exceeds the required deposit.
Only 1 (one) bonus can be claimed at a time. Deposit-related bonuses cannot be "stacked". We reserve the right to void any bonuses and/or winnings obtained by fraudulent behavior.
Any "free spin" or "bonus" winnings resulting from bonus funds after the bonus has been wagered, lost, or forfeited shall be removed.
All withdrawals will be subject to an internal audit before being processed. We reserve all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. The Player hereby consents in advance to the same.
If, upon such a review, it appears that a Player(s) are participating in strategies, taking advantage of any software or system bug or failure, or participating in any form of activity that we, in our sole and complete discretion deems to be abusive ('Promotion Abuse'), we reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such a player to receive or benefit from the promotion (and/or withhold the payout of the proceeds of such abuse to the player/s in question).
Other cases of not permitted 'Promotion Abuse' include, but are not limited to: Using a proxy or a VPN or masking IP your address. Playing more than 1 (one) game at a time. Wagering of bonus money on excluded or non-eligible games (games that are not marked as 'bonus'). Decreasing your stake amount by 50% or more (compared to your maximum bet since the award of the bonus) after a large win for the purpose of clearing wagering requirements while a bonus is still active.
Only fully settled bets (i.e. bets that result in a win or loss) will be counted towards wagering.
Multiple accounts are not permitted. Creating more than 1 (one) account with us in order to claim any bonuses is deemed as Promotional Abuse and may result in confiscated funds.
Bonus rounds and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to casino software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.
If it's discovered that group players are using the same betting patterns and are connected via (but not limited to) location, banking pattern or IP, device ID, we will at our own discretion have the mandate to confiscate bonus winnings and/or deposit.
If, while playing via our Website provided games, you win a sum regarded by us as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by us. While we protect all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any of our announcements about promotion results or on the Website.
Regarding the bonuses and promotions, all times and dates are stated in UTC.
When accepting a deposit bonus, kindly remember that your deposit is locked with the accepted bonus. This means that you have 2 (two) options, either to complete the wagering requirement of the bonus or cancel the bonus. If you choose to cancel the bonus, the bonus and all winnings attributed to the bonus will be lost. Wagering with both the bonus money and your deposited cash will count towards the wagering requirement.
In the event of any dispute, our decision will be final.
We reserve the right to cancel or amend these terms & conditions at any point without any prior notice.
Kindly note that it's not allowed to use bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages and then final stages completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been released or forfeited. If such a tactic is adopted, we reserve the right to confiscate the winnings.
The adaptation of "Bonus Hunting" by reaching a bonus feature, exiting the game to later go back and play the feature is not permitted. Doing this will result in confiscation of winnings related to this.
If you use a promo code for a promotion you are not eligible for, you will not receive the bonus.
Deposit bonuses will be added instantly. If you're eligible for a deposit offer and do not receive it, please contact our Customer Services before you start playing and wait for confirmation that the bonus is granted. Failure to do so will disqualify you from receiving the bonus retroactively.
The Bonus Terms as published on the Website (and updated from time to time) are in English and it is the English version of these Bonus Terms that form the basis of these Bonus Terms only. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in the event of differences between the English version and a translation, the English version has priority over any translation.
